Ray Dumont is an accomplished aviator and leader with over 4,600 flight hours and extensive military and civilian aviation experience. They have served in various capacities, including as a Naval Aviator, where they held roles such as Patrol Plane Commander and Mission Support Chief, demonstrating a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Currently a First Officer at JetBlue, Ray prioritizes customer service and strives to foster a positive work environment while promoting the organization's core values. They hold a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College.
