Ryan Cremeans

Ryan Cremeans serves as the Regional Manager of Inflight Experience & Performance at JetBlue since January 2013, with a history of progressive roles including Supervisor, Inflight Training, Inflight Instructor, Inflight Duty Manager, and Inflight Supervisor. Responsibilities include managing Inflight operations, resolving scheduling and logistical issues, and ensuring FAA compliance while serving a team of up to 100 Crewmembers. Ryan is recognized as a subject matter expert on Inflight Work Rules and has played a key role in enhancing company culture through leadership initiatives and special projects. Prior to JetBlue, Ryan held positions including Spanish Teacher at Medway Middle School and Bartender/Server at The Cheesecake Factory, alongside a research assistant role at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Spanish Language and Literature from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University, complemented by certifications in Human Resources Management.
