Thomas Pallini

Thomas Pallini has an extensive background in the aviation and marketing sectors, currently serving as Manager of Loyalty Benefits and Engagement at JetBlue since June 2023 after previously holding roles as Senior Analyst for Loyalty Strategy and Mosaic Experience. Prior experience includes reporting on transportation and aviation for Business Insider and leading a global team as Editor In Chief at AirlineGeeks, where significant readership growth was achieved. Pallini also contributed to sales and operational efficiency at Aircraft Services Group and played a pivotal role in launching the Global Institute at Long Island University. Pallini earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Long Island University in May 2018.
