William Chapman is an experienced aviation professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an A320/321 Line Captain at JetBlue Airways since April 2006, William also holds roles as an Airbus 320 Instructor and participates in various committees, including the Pilot Values Committee and the Pilot Compensation and Benefits Committee. Prior to this, William was a Captain with Atlantic Coast Airlines/Independence Air from January 1997 to January 2006. In addition to airline experience, William has been a member of the JetBlue/ALPA Retirement and Insurance Committee with the Air Line Pilots Association since February 2015. William earned a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business between 1988 and 1992.
