Marcel Bruch

Marcel Bruch is a seasoned professional in software engineering and customer solutions, currently serving as the Director of Customer Solutions & Engineering and Head of Customer Success at JetBrains since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Implementation Lead at DB VERTRIEB GMBH and as a member of the Architecture Council, Project Lead, and Committer at the Eclipse Foundation, where Marcel founded and led the Eclipse Code Recommenders project, enhancing software development productivity. As CEO of Codetrails from January 2013 to June 2019, Marcel focused on developing intelligent software development tools. Academic credentials include a Dr.-Ing. and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where Marcel also contributed as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Associate.
