Erwin Hoevenaar

Erwin Hoevenaar has over 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. In 1996, they were the European Director of Sales & Marketing at the Moscow Aerostar Hotel. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Sales & Marketing Director Benelux at Tickets.com. From 2001 to 2002, they were the VP Sales at hotelguide.com ag. From 2002 to 2010, they were the Managing Director at Tex Leisure, ILS, Chalets.nl & GrandAlpes Chalets. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Directeur Vrij Uit / Director self-drive and ski (Vrij Uit & Neckermann brands) at Thomas Cook Nederland. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Head of Commerce & Web at Thomas Cook International. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Sales Director Europe at Travel Appeal. Since 2020, they have been the CEO - CMO - Founder at JetCamp, a Delft-NL based start-up that lists more than 23.000 campings in Europa.

Erwin Hoevenaar has an extensive education history. Erwin began their studies in 1978 at Stanislas College, where they earned their VWO in Economics. Erwin then attended Breda University of Applied Sciences from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor in Leisure. In 1988, they enrolled at Hogeschool Eindhoven and obtained a Bachelor in Commercial Economics in 1989. Finally, from 1990 to 1992, they completed the NIMA-C program in Strategic Marketing at NIMA C.
