Wagas Ali

Wagas Ali is an experienced entrepreneur and founder, with a focus on the aviation, transportation, and technology industries. Wagas founded JetClass in 2017, a company that offers a unique business class travel experience by allowing passengers to book seats on private jets without membership fees. Wagas also founded Charterscanner in 2013, a private jet booking platform that provides users with transparent access to the global charter market. Prior to these ventures, they created FAMS by Falkenherz in 2011, a research organization focused on future mobility solutions and smart city applications. In 2020, Wagas founded VOLTRO, a venture of the Falkenherz Group that specializes in eCommerce platforms and webshops. Additionally, they are the chairman and founder of the Falkenherz Group, a venture studio that has diversified its portfolio across various industries. Wagas has also founded DeSys.io, a research and innovation center for decentralized systems, and was a managing partner and co-founder at WSO Media & IT from 2008 to 2011.

Wagas Ali attended HTL Wien 10 and completed their education in Communications Engineering in 2006. After that, they joined HTL Wien West and pursued a major in Energy Engineering and Industrial Electronics with a focus on Renewable Energies. Wagas'sstudies at HTL Wien West ended in 2009.
