Namrata Chatterjee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Namrata started their career as a Marketing Intern at Bibliotheca Alexandrina, where they conducted a survey to understand why college students were visiting the library less frequently. Namrata then worked as a PR Intern at Social Leaders, where they successfully promoted the organization and organized successful events.

Namrata gained further experience as an Engineering Intern at IBM India Private Limited, where they received training in working with ARDUINO technology and developed an Obstacle Avoiding Robot. Namrata later took on the role of a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Lovely Professional University, where they managed a rural entrepreneurial venture, provided employment to local women, and handled various aspects of the project, including budgeting, product development, and marketing.

Moving on, Namrata joined Writer Corporation as a Branch Manager in Mumbai, where they oversaw the daily operations, business development, and customer service of the Goregaon Branch Office. In this role, they demonstrated leadership skills and provided training and supervision to the staff.

More recently, Namrata worked at WhiteHat Jr as a Curriculum Developer, contributing to the development of educational curriculum. Currently, they hold the position of Curriculum and Learner Success Manager at JetLearn.

Namrata then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Lovely Professional University between 2012 and 2016.

Following their undergraduate studies, Namrata obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Lovely Professional University in 2017. During this time, they also received additional certifications, including the Microsoft Excel 2010 Expert certification from Microsoft and the AMCAT certifications in Corporate Communications, Creative Content Development, and Data Processing from Aspiring Minds.
