Michael Manion has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2007, they served as the Vice President Management Committee for Cancer Care - HOME Hospice. Michael then became the Director of IonCorp Pty Ltd from August 2007 to October 2014. In 2009, they joined Dendright Pty Ltd as a Board Member until October 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they co-founded Invention Evaluator. In 2013, they became a Consulting Inventor at Xinova, LLC until October 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Mentor for the Cicada Innovations Incubator until January 2020. Also in 2013, they co-founded Keon Research LLC, a company specializing in various technology innovations. In 2021, they became a Partner at Seattle Food Project and the CEO & Co-founder of JetMeds, focusing on technology optimization for medication dosing. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in innovation, technology development, and entrepreneurship.
Michael Manion obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Biology and Psychology from the University of Newcastle, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Subsequently, they pursued a Ph.D. in Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1995 to 2000. In 2005, Michael enrolled at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management in 2006.
