Venture capital has long been the driving force behind many of the world’s most transformative companies, yet access has traditionally been limited to institutions and the ultra-wealthy. The Jetstream Venture Fund, managed by Xcellerant Ventures, changes that by offering a professionally managed interval-fund structure designed for today’s investors.

With a $5,000 minimum, semiannual redemption windows (each up to 5% of net assets), and no GP carry, Jetstream provides access to early-stage companies potentially shaping the future of innovation and impact. The fund targets founders developing transformative technologies with the potential to redefine industries and address global challenges, creating a disciplined way for investors to participate in the same ecosystem that has fueled innovation for the 1%.
