William Field

William Field is the Vice President of Customer Success at HYPR, where they focus on driving customer engagement. With over a decade of experience in customer success and IT management, William previously served as VP of Solutions Architecture and Customer Success at Trilio and held senior roles at EMC and Actifio. William is also a board member at JetSweep and has served as Director of Customer Success at Spacelift. They are currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management at Brandeis University, building on their earlier education which includes a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an Associate's Degree from Vermont Technical College.
