Formerly served as General Counsel of Sandow, as well as General Counsel and Board Member of Material Bank. Before that, Rose served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Sotheby’s, Inc. Rose graduated from Cornell Law School magna cum laude and began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP.
