Stephen B.

Stephen B. has worked in various roles across the energy sector since 2004. Stephen began their career at Hyder Consulting as an Engineering Geologist. Stephen then moved to DRG Global in 2008 as an Exploration Geologist, where they defined and executed exploration drilling programs to identify and prove-out Porphyry Copper Gold mineralization systems. In 2010, Stephen joined BHP as a Technical Services Specialist, where they designed drilling programs and developed 3-D geocellular and geostatistical models. Stephen also managed resource and reserve estimation and reporting, as well as life of asset planning for budgeting cycle, valuation and marketing. In 2019, Stephen joined bp as a Resource Development & Production specialist, where they were responsible for short and long-term asset planning, cost forecasting and capital planning. Stephen also acted as an integrator and manager across Drill Engineering, Completions, Land Management, Facilities and JV / other-interest partners. In 2021, Stephen joined Jetti Resources as Director, Project Generation.

Stephen B. has a Master's Degree in Economic Geology/Resource and Exploration Geology from Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd. Stephen also has a Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of South Australia, with a focus on Operations Management and Leadership. Stephen is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration, Finance (MBA Candidate) from UNSW, with a focus on Business. Stephen also has certifications in Mining Cost Estimation from Ingeoexpert, obtained in November 2021, and Safe Land Onshore Safety Induction and H2S Awareness from Falck, obtained in 2016.
