JF Property Partners is a leading, family-run property management company founded by Joost Mijnarends and Francisca Oxley, delivering trusted, high-quality serviced accommodation and short-let management across the UK. We specialise in turning properties into profitable, hands-off investments while providing guests with modern, comfortable spaces that feel like home.

From London and Manchester to Leeds, York, Brighton, and beyond, we manage a growing portfolio of serviced apartments that cater to business travellers, families, contractors, and relocators. Every stay combines hotel-quality standards with the warmth of a true home experience, supported by our dedicated guest relations team and 24/7 service.

For landlords and investors, we offer complete short-let management—from marketing, guest bookings, and communication to professional cleaning, maintenance, and pricing optimisation. Our Guaranteed Rent Programme provides steady monthly income with no void periods or tenant headaches, while our systems ensure full transparency through detailed reporting and real-time updates.

We also lead a thriving Airbnb Coaching & Property Entrepreneur Community, helping individuals learn how to build, scale, and automate their own short-let businesses using our proven framework. Through mentorship, live coaching, and smart systems, we’ve helped transform careers and create financial freedom for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Our success is built on responsiveness, reliability, and personal care. Guests consistently rate our apartments 5★ for cleanliness and comfort, and landlords trust us to deliver exceptional returns with peace of mind.

At JF Property Partners, we don’t just manage properties—we build partnerships, empower entrepreneurs, and redefine what great hospitality means.
