Sean Gates

Sean Gates is an experienced Quantity Surveyor currently employed at JFC Ltd since June 2023. Previously, Sean held positions such as Project Manager at MaxBuild Ltd and Assistant Project Manager at JFC Ltd. Additional experience includes working as a Site Engineer/Lead Hand at Concrete Structures (NZ) Ltd and as a Construction Foreman at McNatty Construction. Sean's projects primarily involve small-scale initiatives, typically up to $1.5 million, encompassing structural bridge repairs, retaining structures, concrete construction, and general civil works. Currently, Sean is completing a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Civil Engineering at the University of Southern Queensland, with an anticipated graduation in December 2023.
