Monica Auerbach

Monica Auerbach is a retired professional who dedicated much of their career to supporting vulnerable populations. They served as Executive Director for Transitional and Supportive Housing Services of York Region from 1995 to 2006 and as Associate Executive Officer at The Massey Centre for Women and Families from 1987 to 1996, overseeing various social support programs. Monica has been a sessional professor at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology since 2009 and currently holds the position of Director of Practice and Service at Jewish Family and Child Service of Greater Toronto. Monica earned a BA in sociology from the University of Toronto and a MSW focusing on community development and organization.
