Lois Duncan

Lois Duncan is currently the Head of HR - Defence at JFD Global. Prior to that, Lois held HR management positions at Harbour Energy and Premier Oil, where Lois led teams on various aspects of HR including recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits. Additionally, Lois has experience as an HR Coordinator at Oilexco North Sea Ltd and CNR International UK Ltd. Lois started their career as a Senior Secretary at Unocal Britain Ltd. Lois studied at Aberdeen College of Commerce.
