Ron Harper currently serves as President/CEO of JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc. They previously held the role of General Manager at JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc. from 1996 to 2008. They served as Director on the AME Board of Directors (2008–2018), were President of AME Canada, and are the current Chairman of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. They have been a Member of the Board of Directors at Enedym Inc. since 2021, and served on boards including the Centre for Skills Development & Training (2010–2020) and the Centre of Excellence for Materials and Manufacturing (2011–2016). They earned an AMDP in Business from the University of Warwick, Warwick Business School (1998–2000).
