Karin Lester currently serves as the Director of Emerging Leaders and Campaign at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Karin worked as the Director of Family Engagement at Temple Emanu-El from May 2022 to March 2024. Additionally, Karin gained extensive experience at Shalom Austin, where responsibilities included Family Outreach and Israel Engagement Coordinator, as well as serving as Lead Teacher and Mentor from June 2007 to September 2021.
