Jacob Chlarson

Jacob Chlarson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2016, they began their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Thatcher Company, where they gained experience in equipment and work order tracking systems. Jacob also provided training to employees nationwide. In the same year, they joined the Utah Army National Guard as an Army Cyber Officer, attending an extensive Cyber Basic Officer Leadership Course and graduating as an honor graduate.

In 2019, Jacob joined Procter & Gamble as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they focused on loss elimination projects driven by data and served as the site engineering contact. Jacob was responsible for delivering corporate initiatives and safety projects to the manufacturing line and managed the CIL system for the entire plant.

Jacob Chlarson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Utah from 2015 to 2019. In 2019 to 2020, they attended the United States Army Cyber School, specializing in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Fundamentals of Engineering Chemical from NCEES in December 2018 and the certification of GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) from GIAC Certifications in February 2023.
