JFL Infinity Partners LLC is a private real estate credit firm and fund manager operating in the Mid-Atlantic market.

We originate, underwrite, and manage first-lien bridge loans, fix-and-flip financing, and DSCR rental loans for accredited investors — generating returns from contractual interest on short-duration, asset-backed real estate loans.

OUR CREDIT DISCIPLINE
Every loan is governed by the same standards:
- First-lien position on all senior credit investments
- ≤70% ARV on residential fix-and-flip | ≤65–70% LTV/LTC on all loan types
- Formal Credit Committee approval required — no exceptions
- Active monitoring through full repayment

OUR FEE STRUCTURE
No management fee. No carried interest. The manager earns the spread above the LP preferred return — paid only when loans perform. Tiered preferred returns to accredited investors on committed capital.

OUR FUND
JFL Infinity Fund I LLC is offered under Rule 506(b) of Regulation D as a private placement to accredited investors only. Minimum investment: $50,000. Fund Administrator: Avestor Inc. Projected returns are not guaranteed. This is not an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities.
