Amit Geynis

Amit Geynis is a skilled professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and communication systems. Geynis began a career in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where involvement as a Communication Researcher and Team Leader provided foundational knowledge in communication technologies. Following that, Geynis held various roles at notable companies such as IBM, where research focused on behavioral biometrics, and Broadcom Inc., developing firmware for network controllers. As of August 2025, Geynis leads the Malware Research Group at JFrog. Previous significant roles include Senior Security Researcher and Security Research Team Lead at PlaxidityX, focusing on automotive cybersecurity. Geynis holds a B.Sc. in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, graduating Cum Laude.
