Mary Ahern

Mary Ahern currently serves as the Director and Associate General Counsel for Corporate/Securities at JFrog since April 2024. Previously, Mary held the position of Interim Securities Counsel at Major, Lindsey & Africa from September 2022 to April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Castlight Health (September 2020 - August 2022), Sr. Corporate Counsel for Securities and Governance at Bloom Energy (October 2019 - May 2020), and various consulting roles focused on corporate and securities law with organizations such as Paragon Legal, Axiom, FLEX by Fenwick, and Resources Group Professionals. Mary began their legal career as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Marvell Semiconductor (May 2016 - August 2018). Mary holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from the University of Notre Dame.
