Michael Ojala

Michael Ojala has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting as a Prakticum at the Danish Technical Institute in 1995, they went on to work as an Automated Test Developer at Intel in 2004. In 2005, they joined Microsoft as a Development Lab Administrator and Software Test Engineer. Ojala then worked at thePlatform, a subsidiary of Comcast, as a Contract Software Engineer, where they were responsible for API design and test automation.

Michael later joined WildTangent, where they held multiple roles, including Engineering Team Lead, Head of Partner Engineering in Business Development, and Senior Partner Manager in Business Development. During their time at WildTangent, Ojala established partnerships with major companies across three continents and drove product releases and integrations with top-tier OEMs.

In 2018, Ojala joined Google as a Sales Engineer, focused on Strategic and Enterprise Projects for the Google Cloud Platform. Michael played a key role in generating technical wins and revenue for the company, collaborating on cross-department projects and driving customer commitments.

From 2022 to 2022, Ojala worked at Twilio as a Principal Solutions Engineer, bridging the gap between web-based applications and telephones. Michael then moved on to JFrog in 2023 as the Strategic Enterprise Solution Lead, contributing to the development of DevSecOps solutions.

Overall, Ojala has demonstrated expertise in sales engineering, business development, test automation, and strategic partnerships throughout their career.

Michael Ojala attended the University of Puget Sound from 2000 to 2004 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Michael also holds a certification as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google, although the specific year of obtaining the certification is unknown.
