Omer Borshan is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in customer support and technical engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at JFrog since October 2021, Omer has previously held roles as a Support Team Lead and Developer Support Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Support Engineer at Ituran, providing tier 2 technical support for web and mobile platforms, and a Real Time Systems Technician, managing real-time systems integration. Omer also served in the IDF C4I & Cyber Security Directorate, where responsibilities included consulting on network optimization and supporting DWDM and SDH networks. Academically, Omer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology and has completed Technician Studies in Computer Science at ORT College.
