Prasad Hegde

Prasad Hegde is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at JFrog, Prasad oversees Platform Infrastructure initiatives in India. Previously, Prasad worked at Confluent as an Engineering Leader, where efforts included scaling the Kafka connect organization from 3 to over 35 engineers. At Microsoft, Prasad held the position of Principal Software Engineering Manager, contributing to the CRM dynamics engineering leadership group. Prasad's earlier roles include Vice President of Engineering at Tagos Design Innovations, Engineering Manager at Vizury, and a long tenure in software engineering at Citrix and Huawei, where foundational skills in distributed systems and various programming languages were developed. Prasad's educational background includes a Master’s in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Graduate Level Program in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
