Ron Klinger

Ron Klinger is a seasoned professional in customer support and experience management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at JFrog since January 2018. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of VP Global Customer Support at Redis Labs, where responsibilities included managing a 20-member team across three locations and establishing performance metrics. Ron's career at Imperva spanned over 13 years, culminating in the role of Sr. Director, World Wide Support, where Ron led a global team of 60 and successfully optimized support processes for over 3,000 accounts. Throughout an extensive career, Ron has demonstrated expertise in building support organizations, creating performance metrics, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Reichman University.
