Tom O. has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Tom began their career in 2004 as a CPA at Plante & Moran, PLLC, where they worked until 2009. Tom then joined Inteva Products, where they held various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Controller - Matamoros Operations, Finance Group Controller, and Finance Director - Interiors Product Line. In 2023, Tom O. became the Chief Financial Officer at J. G. Kern Enterprises, Inc.

Tom O. attended Albion College from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Tom later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Wayne State University and completed it in 2006.
