JGA SRL was founded in 1988 by Jacques Gabriel Allinquant, a French businessman and engineer who wanted to investigate the vast professional opportunities offered by Paraguay in the 1980s.

After trying other options, Jacques Allinquant decided to focus on the import and distribution of perfumes.
