Lorena Dika

Lorena Dika is the Corporate HR Director at Jadran Galenski laboratorij d.d., where they previously served as HR Development Manager and Human Resources Director. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Planning & Development Specialist at CEMEX from 2007 to 2011 and as the Head of Recruitment and Development in Madrid for ARAMARK from 2005 to 2007. Lorena holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Università degli Studi di Trieste. They also enhanced their HR expertise through a program at Selectio HR Academy.
