JGR Development Group is a sitework and infrastructure contractor specializing in utility installation, grading, and roadway construction for residential and commercial development projects across North Carolina.

We focus on projects where coordination between engineering plans, field conditions, and regulatory requirements is critical to successful execution.

Our team works closely with developers, engineers, and municipalities to deliver infrastructure that is not only designed correctly—but constructible in real-world conditions.

Through field experience, we routinely identify challenges related to:

• Utility conflicts and unknown conditions
• Grading and site constraints
• Stormwater and drainage requirements
• Agency coordination and approval sequencing

These issues often impact cost and schedule when not addressed early.

JGR’s approach emphasizes constructability, coordination, and proactive problem-solving throughout the development process.

In addition to infrastructure work, JGR selectively develops and constructs residential product including single-family homes and duplexes, maintaining direct involvement in both site development and vertical construction.

Insights gained in the field directly inform early-stage feasibility and risk evaluation through our advisory division.
