Jhaelen Capital Projects is the premiere global consultancy guiding museums and other cultural, educational, civic, and corporate institutions embarking on transformative capital projects.

Our team crafts processes that integrate seemingly broad and disparate activities, enabling institutional evolution and a corresponding edifice - together addressing the most critical issues of our time.

Based in New York City, JCP was founded by Jhaelen Hernandez-Eli whose leadership at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the New York City Economic Development Corporation is recognized for shaping some of the most consequential cultural and civic projects of the past decade.
