William Booth

William Booth has worked as a Model Based System Engineer at JHNA since June 2020, specializing in Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Risk Reduction. Prior to that, they worked at GE Aviation from 2011 to 2020, starting as a System Engineer and working their way up to Lead Engineer in System Engineering and Advanced Lead Engineer in Emerging Technologies. William also worked as a Flight Design Engineer at United Space Alliance from 2008 to 2010. At JHNA, Booth developed structural and behavioral elements of a FLRAA logical architecture using SysML and MBSE, and supported the implementation of MOSA through work on the FLRAA RR program. At GE Aviation, they led the development of emerging technologies and systems engineering projects. Their notable achievements include creating a modular computing system and its information backbone and developing behaviors for Mission Equipment.

William Booth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College. William also holds several certifications, including the OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional, Secret Clearance, Part 107 Remote Pilot License, CPR/AED, US Export Control Tagger, and Commercial Pilot License.
