Larry Beard

Larry Beard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Notable achievements include serving as President of the Global Fluid Systems Division at Cooper-Standard Automotive from August 1998 to July 2007, where revenue grew from $450 million to over $1 billion while managing over 25 facilities across 13 countries. Beard has held various leadership roles, including Interim CEO at Johnson Industries and Owner of FOAMMATICK LLC, which innovates the hot melt adhesive industry. Additionally, Beard operated LjB Consulting, focusing on strategic planning and operational performance improvement, and served as Senior Director at Huron Consulting Group, optimizing business practices for various companies. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, a Journeyman Tool and Die Making degree from Henry Ford College, and an MBA in International Business from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
