Michael Hernandez

Michael Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career as an intern at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in 2015 and later became a Restaurant Supervisor, where they managed inventory levels, responded to customer feedback, and created schedules for a large team. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the General Manager at Old Fields Restaurant, overseeing fiscal responsibilities, developing menu pricing strategies, and implementing sales tactics to increase customer outreach. Michael then joined RH as an Associate Hospitality Leader, where they were responsible for associate onboarding, creating training programs, conducting customer experience audits, and optimizing vendor relationships. Most recently, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Hubilo, and they are currently an Account Executive at Jiffy. Michael's experience demonstrates their strong leadership, analytical skills, sales abilities, and expertise in food and beverage management.
