Jigsaw Explorer has been providing jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts with high quality, family friendly online jigsaw puzzles since 2010. The website and its audience have grown every year since inception, and today millions of jigsaw puzzles are completed on the site every month. Jigsaw Explorer is a fully bootstrapped company that is both profitable and debt-free.

The company operated as a single person business for most of its existence. In 2024, Jigsaw Explorer began the process of creating a small, fully-remote team to operate and enhance the website. A team effort will facilitate Jigsaw Explorer's mission of delighting our audience while also better enabling the site to reach its full potential.

However, operating a successful website should be about more than just delighting our audience. Jigsaw Explorer seeks to create a people-first company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusiveness. We believe management's role is to serve its team members and provide them with the direction and resources they need to be highly successful at serving Jigsaw Explorer's audience. It is important that team members know they are valued, and that they feel their role is fulfilling and making a meaningful difference. In furtherance of those goals, Jigsaw Explorer offers competitive pay, a strong health plan, 401k with matching contributions, a four-day work week, and flexible paid time off.
