Heather Bailey is currently employed as a Special Education Teacher at Jigsaw Trust since September 2022. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Clubs Assistant at Oxford Active from November 2020 to January 2022. Heather also has experience as a Conference and Banqueting Assistant at South Lodge from November 2018 to September 2019, as well as an Activity Assistant at Barracudas Activity Day Camps in July 2018. Heather's first work experience was as a Bar Waitress at Whetherspoons from September 2016 to April 2018. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Nicholls State University.

Jigsaw Trust
Jigsaw Trust provides facilities, services and resources for the education, integration, guidance, assessment, outreach and support of children and young people affected by autism. The Trust oversees Jigsaw CABAS School and JigsawPlus (Specialist Adult Day Service), runs training workshops for professionals and the general public and is actively involved in the promotion of autism awareness.
