David Dudman has extensive experience in service delivery and management roles. David began their career at BT, where they worked as a Service Desk Manager and then moved on to become an ITIL Service Manager, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and finally a Service Delivery Director. In these roles, they were responsible for managing large outsourced contracts, developing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
In 2017, David joined the National Trust as a Managed Services Consultant, where they oversaw the commercial aspects of third-party managed service contracts. David also focused on driving efficiencies and reducing operational costs.
Currently, David is the Chief Operating Officer at Jigsaw24, where they provide strategic and operational leadership. David oversees various teams, including marketing, product management, procurement, and service delivery. In addition, they are responsible for sales, portfolio development, vendor management, and financial performance.
