Mark Staniland

Mark Staniland has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mark is currently working as the Head of Business Architecture at Jigsaw24. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Propositions Development Manager at the same company. Before joining Jigsaw24, Mark worked at BT where they held multiple roles including Service Architecture Specialist, Product Assurance Manager, and Business Process Analyst. Mark started their professional career as a Consultant at The North Highland Company UK and later worked as an Analyst at the same company. Mark also gained valuable experience as a Business Consulting Intern at Amadeus IT Group. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as service design, process implementation, and business consulting.

Mark Staniland attended Lancaster University Management School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management. In 2017, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
