James Sutherland has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. James started their career at Clintons (AG Retail) in 2014 as a Sales Floor Team Member before being promoted to Supervisor for a few months. In 2015, they joined Goodgame Studios as a Customer Service Agent and remained with the company until 2021. James then joined Jimdo in 2021 as a Customer Service Representative, and later became the Customer Service Team Lead in January 2023.

James Sutherland attended Aberystwyth University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies degree in Criminology.
