Founded in 2017, JNJ Development LLC is the parent company of the Jimmy’s Hatch Pepper Salsa brand, officially launched in September 2022.

What began as product development rooted in a passion for Hatch peppers has evolved into a rapidly growing specialty food business focused on quality, scalability, and market expansion.
Jimmy’s Hatch Pepper Salsa is built on premium ingredients, disciplined craftsmanship, and a differentiated flavor profile that resonates with today’s consumer demand for authenticity and bold taste. Our launch validated strong market appetite and positioned the brand for strategic growth within the specialty and gourmet food sectors.

We are currently distributed across multiple retail locations throughout North America and continue to expand through B2B, direct-to-consumer sales, broker partnerships, and established distributor networks. Our focus remains on sustainable growth, strong retail relationships, and building a nationally recognized brand in the premium salsa category.
