Gemma Gahan possesses a diverse background in digital project management and technical consulting, currently serving as a Projectmedewerker Digitalisering at JINC since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Consultant eID at KPN and Operational Coordinator eID at Digidentity, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of eHerkenning and eIDAS compliant authentication systems and process optimization through data analysis. Gemma's previous leadership experience as PKIoverheid Customer Service Team Lead involved designing a digital system that streamlined customer service operations. Earlier career roles included positions at ACCESS Netherlands and Together Fundraising, focusing on customer service, data management, and communications. Gemma holds a Master’s Degree in French Language and Linguistics from Leiden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Studies and Korean from SOAS University of London.
