Iris Looijaard is currently a Strategic Project Leader and Coordinator at JINC, where they are dedicated to providing opportunities for children from underprivileged backgrounds. Previously, they served in various roles, including Project Assistant and Senior Project Employee at JINC, and held positions at organizations such as ASVA Studentenunie and the Italian ice cream shop Palazzo. Iris holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a minor in Labour, Organization, and Institutions. Additionally, they have experience in leadership roles, such as Chairperson at ASV Kwakiutl and youth football trainer.
