Marja Beumer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the labor market sector. Since September 1995, Marja serves as the Directeur and Eigenaar of Projob, focusing on work, development, and collaboration. In January 2021, Marja founded Pro-Homeostase B.V., which emphasizes mental, physical, and societal support for individual working women and provides training and advice to organizations. Additionally, Marja has been a member of the Raad van Advies for JINC Kennemerland since March 2016, advocating for equal opportunities for children in the job market. Marja's previous role as Hoofd Vestigingen and Operational Director at BBB Uitzendorganisatie involved overseeing 22 branches and managing various operational aspects from 1973 to 1995. Marja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Market Politics and Personnel Policy from Sociale Academie Amsterdam and completed executive education at Nyenrode Business University between 2007 and 2019.

JINC
Every child is talented, including the 240,000 children in the Netherlands growing up in an environment with fewer role models with which to identify. JINC strives for a society in which a child’s background does not determine their future; a society in which every child gets a fair chance. In order to reach that goal, we help young people between the ages of 8 and 16 get off to a good start on the labour market. Through the JINC programme, they get acquainted with various professions, find out what kind of work suits their talents, and learn how to apply for a job. In this way, every year, JINC gives more than 80,000 children the opportunity to grow. JINC works in cooperation with schools and business partners. Their financial support and expertise are indispensable. But partners get something valuable in return: the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and a new way of investing in their companies, by strengthening their bond with society and offering their employees an inspiring experience.
