Suzanne Coolen is an experienced HR professional and career coach with a diverse background in human resources, labor market communication, and project management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Project Leader at Provincie Noord-Brabant since September 2016, Suzanne also volunteers as a Career Coach at JINC, guiding youth in their career exploration. Prior to these positions, Suzanne held roles such as Economic and Labor Market Advisor at Gemeente Moerdijk and Project Secretary in Real Estate Strategy at Gemeente Tilburg. Educationally, Suzanne holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Organizational Science from Utrecht University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by valuable experiences from internships and research projects throughout the career journey.
