Rishikesh Sharma

Rishikesh Sharma is the Associate Vice President and Head of CSR at Jindal Power Limited since 2025, bringing over 27 years of experience in the social development sector, particularly in CSR, ESG, and sustainability program management. Previously, Rishikesh held various significant positions, including General Manager of CSR at Jindal Power Limited and Deputy General Manager at Jindal Steel and Power Limited. They have a strong background in project management, program implementation, and advocacy, having developed and executed numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing community welfare and corporate social responsibility. Rishikesh holds a Master’s degree in Labour and Social Welfare from Patna University.
