Surendra Gupta

Surendra Gupta has extensive experience in banking and treasury management, currently serving as Unit Head of Banking and Treasury at Jio-bp (Reliance BP Mobility Limited) since July 2020. Prior to this role, Surendra held multiple senior positions at Reliance Industries Limited from November 2001 to June 2020, including Unit Head of Banking and Treasury for retail petroleum and Unit Head of FP&A and asset management. Responsibilities included financial management and reporting for the refining and marketing business. Surendra's career began at IDBI Bank from April 1999 to October 2001 as a Senior Manager, focused on feasibility studies and credit reviews, followed by a managerial role at Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd from November 1994 to April 1999, where oversight of credit audits and asset quality was key. Surendra holds an MBA in Finance from Nagpur University and a BE in Electronics from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology.
