Amar Joshi

Amar Joshi is an experienced professional in sales and customer service management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Inside Sales- SMB at Jio since June 2015, Amar focuses on building teams for enterprise products and nurturing customer relationships. Amar also leads Assisted Care Operations, managing pan-India operations and overseeing a large staff to achieve customer experience goals. Previous roles include Head of Shared Services at Jio, and leadership positions at Vodafone, where Amar oversaw national tele-sales and customer service strategies, as well as managing significant operational budgets. Complementing the extensive experience at Jio and Vodafone, Amar previously held positions at Deloitte Consulting and BPL Mobile, showcasing versatility through a foundation in operations and customer relations. Amar holds a BSC and MBA with a background in Environmental Science and Advertising.
