Kapil Chugh

Kapil Chugh is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and consumer services sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Segment Head at Jio Business since February 2023, Kapil also holds the role of Senior Vice President for Revenue and Customer Experience in the Home Fiber Business. Prior to Jio, Kapil was with ACT Fibernet from September 2015 to January 2023 as the Business Head for North and Group Video & AP Broadband. Other notable positions include State Business Head at Havells India Ltd, Head of Sales & Distribution at UNINOR (Telenor Group), and Head of Retail Business at DHL Express India. Kapil began their career at Reliance Industries Ltd and has also worked with Bharti Airtel and KSA Technopak. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Management - Sales & Marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Textiles from the Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences, supplemented by a leadership program from the Indian School of Business.
