Previously, Kapil headed BeVolt Smart Charging Solutions, where they gained extensive experience in the EV charging sector, including market research and project feasibility studies. They have also held key positions at a variety of notable companies, including Reliance, Bharti Airtel, and Cellexa Services, where Kapil founded and led a successful start-up that achieved notable recognition. Kapil earned an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and has completed entrepreneurship and leadership programs at prestigious institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and the Royal Academy of Engineering in London.
